Feedstock

Daisaku specializes in food packaging grade pellets made from premium Japanese food grade polypropylene (PP) and high-impact polystyrene (HIPS) feedstock.

Film Feedstock

Daisaku’s pellets are sourced from non-used Japanese post-industrial films, offering excellent transparency, flexibility, and tear resistance. These qualities make them outstanding for processing a wide range of applications such as blowing film, extruding sheets, as well as masterbatch and compounding.

Molding feedstock

Our molding feedstock is sourced from PIR (post- industrial recycled), crafted from unused, high-quality molded products. This allows for clean, efficient crushing and consistently produces high-quality pellets.

Lump feedstock

Our lump feedstock is known for its clarity and purity. Most of the material comes in natural shades or a clean milky white appearance, free from any color mixing. Sourced from pure virgin or unused materials, and entirely free of fillers and impurities, it guarantees the production of high-grade, pristine pellets for various applications.
